Step 1: First of all you have to go to the PAN card website https://www.tin-nsdl.com/index.html, visit the website.
Step 2: In the homepage of the website, you will find the option of Services at the top, after going there you will see the option of PAN in the drop down menu, click on it, as shown in the screenshot below.
Step 3: After clicking in PAN, a new page will open in front of you, there you have to go down and where it will be written, Change / Correction in PAN Data will also have an option to apply in that section, where you will have to Click on it, as shown in the screenshot below.
Step 4: After clicking on Apply, a new page will open in front of you, from where you will have to fill the form for correction, as shown in the screenshot below.
Step 5: Here you have to fill your details in the Apply online section, in Application Type you have to select the option Changes or Correction in existing PAN Data / Reprint of PAN Card, and fill the complete form, then submit after filling everything Click in button.
Step 6: After that you will get a message, “We thank you for using online PAN application service of NSDL e-Gov.
Your request is successfully registered with token number xxxxxxxxx and sent to your email id provided in PAN application. Kindly click on the button below to fill the remaining PAN Application Form. You have to click on “Continue with PAN Application Form”.
Thereafter, you will be redirected to the online PAN application page. Check all the details filled earlier.
You will have to fill in the “Name as per Aadhaar” (“Name as per Aadhaar”). After all the details are filled, you need to click on ‘Next’. After following all the steps, you will get an acknowledgment slip which will be generated.
